The corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable, educational and cultural purposes within the meaning of section 501 © (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Purpose of this non for profit charity organization is:

  • To help children who had lost one or both parents or have disabled parent(s). This includes children who are under 18 years of age and children who are over 18 years of age and are full time in college. This excludes children who finished High School and are not in college.
  • To support education, including full time students with low income.
  • To support people who are in need of food, clothing and shelter.
  • To support schools for children with special needs.
  • To protect/preserve Albanian culture/traditions and promote American values.
  • To promote and support sport activates as a way to keep children out of the streets.

Korporata është e organizuar dhe do të operohet ekskluzivisht për qëllime bamirësie, arsimore dhe kulturore brenda kuptimit të nenit 501 © (3) të Kodit të Ardhura të Brendshme. Qëllimi i kësaj organizate bamirësie jofitimprurëse është:

  • 1. Të ndihmojë fëmijët që kanë humbur njërin ose të dy prindërit ose kanë prind  me aftësi të kufizuara. Kjo përfshin fëmijët që janë nën 18 vjeç dhe fëmijët që janë mbi 18 vjeç dhe janë me kohë të plotë në kolegj. Kjo përjashton fëmijët që kanë mbaruar shkollën e mesme dhe nuk janë në kolegj.
  • 2. Të mbështesë arsimin, përfshirë studentët me kohë të plotë me të ardhura të ulëta.
  • 3. Të mbështesë njerëzit që kanë nevojë për ushqim, veshje dhe strehim.
  • 4. Të mbështesin shkollat për fëmijë me nevoja të veçanta.
  • 5. Të mbrojë / ruajë kulturën / traditat shqiptare dhe të promovojë vlerat amerikane. 6. Për të promovuar dhe mbështetur aktivitetet e sportit si një mënyrë për të mbajtur fëmijët jashtë rrugës.

Our Mission

The foundation’s objectives and goal are:

  1. Promoting education through scolarships for Students
  2. Preserving Albanian culture,  heratage and traditions
  3. Identififying historical sites of our national importance and mark them as such
  4. Provide funding for most needy individuals and families
  5. Support publication of books of selected authors
  6. Raising public awarnees about national pride through organized cultural events, seminars etc.
  7. Financial support for sport activities

Qëllimi Jonë

Objektivat dhe qëllimi i fondacionit janë:

  1. Promovimi i arsimit përmes bursave për Studentët
  2. Ruajtja e kulturës, trashigimis dhe traditave shqiptare
  3. Identifikimi i vendeve historike të rëndësisë sonë kombëtare dhe shënimi i tyre si të tillë
  4. Sigurimi i fondeve për individët dhe familjet në nevojë
  5. Mbështetja e  botimit të librave të autorëve të zgjedhur
  6. Rritja e njohurive të publikut për krenarinë kombëtare përmes ngjarjeve të organizuara kulturore, seminareve etj.
  7. Mbështetje financiare për aktivitete sportive
